THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED INSPECTIONS MUST BE REQUESTED BY YOU, THE PERMIT HOLDER, AT THE PROPER TIMES:
UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL: Underground electrical inspections are required before covering up.
FOOTER: After excavation has been made for the footer, reinforcement placed but before concrete is poured.
FOUNDATION: After foundation has been constructed and waterproofed, footer drains and gravel have been installed, anchor bolts/ties in place, but before backfilling.
ROUGH ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING: After wiring, water lines, plumbing, and hot air vent openings have been installed, but before concealment by wallboard, paneling, ceiling, etc., have been installed.
ROUGH BUILDING AND HEATING: After rough Electric and Plumbing have been approved, but before wallboard, paneling, ceiling, etc., have been installed.
INSULATION INSPECTION: Shall include caulking, (inclusive of that required for fire and smoke barriers, and air infiltration), stud wall, rafter insulation and vapor barrier that will be covered.
FINAL ELECTRIC AND PLUMBING: After the respective systems have been completed, but before occupying the building.
FINAL BUILDING AND HEATING: After all other final inspections, including any necessary tests by Fire Department having jurisdiction. Attic insulation.
All above inspections, except footer inspection.
CERTIFICATE OF USE AND OCCUPANCY ISSUED only after all final inspections have been approved.
Please post the cardboard "Permit Issued" card in a conspicuous, but protected, location so that the approval stickers may be affixed thereto. The absence of a permit card will result in a "NOT APPROVED" for the requested inspection.
A re-inspection fee of $35.00 will be charged when work is not approved because it is incomplete or it does not meet code. A re-inspection fee of $75.00 will be charged if inspector is unable to obtain entry for inspection ("No Show"). All re-inspection fees must be paid before rescheduling.
***ANIMALS MUST BE RESTRAINED IN ORDER FOR THE INSPECTION TO OCCUR***
