The Administrative Office is responsible for the management of court operations, as directed by the Judges. Administrative functions include: budget management, human resources, information technology, support services, courthouse maintenance, training and staff development. In conjunction with the Judges, the Administrative Office also conducts strategic planning regarding organizational goals, policy decisions, program development and fiscal management. In addition, the Administrative Office is responsible for media, community, intergovernmental and public relations.

The Stark County Court of Common Pleas provides a wide variety of programs and services. Under the direction of the Court, the Administrative Office has management and supervisory responsibility over them. Programs and services include:
