The B.U.I.L.D Program Boosting Understanding, Interventions & Legal Defense
Research has taught us that removing children from their family and home is a traumatic event in the life of a child. An opportunity exists at the beginning of a child welfare case to provide an additional layer of support to the family. This program is aimed at strengthening vulnerable families by providing parental support and advocacy while the custodial parent(s) works to correct identified concerns and to avoid involvement of the Family Court system.
