ALETHA M. CARVER, Mediator, graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in 1992.  She clerked for the Honorable John W. Wise in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, General Division, and served as his staff attorney at the Fifth District Court of Appeals.  In 2007, Aletha moved to North Carolina, obtained her North Carolina law license, and worked for North Carolina's Eastern Region developing legislative agendas for a thirteen-county economic development partnership.  Aletha returned to Ohio and served as a magistrate in the Stark County Probate Court.  Aletha later joined the law firm of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A., where she was a director and practiced in the firm's litigation section, with a focus on appellate law.  Aletha returned to the Fifth District Court of Appeals in 2019 to establish the Court's mediation program and serve as the Court's mediator.  Aletha is a certified appellate expert and a certified court mediator.  She can be reached at 330.451.7235.

ANGELA D. STONE, Administrative Counsel, was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1996 and to the Florida bar in 1998.
