The Board of Stark County Commissioners was awarded funding under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP).The purpose of the NSP program was to redevelop vacant, abandoned and foreclosed homes in targeted neighborhoods.  Funding for this program is depleted.
