Being a responsible father is not just about financially supporting your child, it's also about being an involved, active parent who plays a daily part in your child's life.
The Parenting Time Order Program may be able to help if you have been denied parenting time and cannot afford legal assistance to establish an order in court or enforce compliance with an existing order.
Non-custodial parents who have been denied parenting time with their child can now apply to receive services to establish or enforce parenting time. You may qualify to receive free legal assistance to establish or enforce an order for parenting time if both of following apply:
- You are at or below the 250% poverty level
- There is not a risk of domestic violence
