JERRY COLEMAN

Jerry Coleman was appointed to the position of Executive Director by the Board of Stark County Commissioners in March of 2023.  He has been with Stark County Job & Family Services (SCJFS) for over 22 years.  Prior to serving in this role, he oversaw the agency's Legal Services Division as Assistant Deputy Director. Jerry has spent his entire career in child welfare.  From 1999 to 2001, he served as a Summit County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for dependency, neglect, and abuse actions.  In 2001, he came to SCJFS as a Staff Attorney responsible for prosecuting dependency, neglect, and abuse actions.  In 2007, Jerry became an Attorney Supervisor in the Division of Children Services, and in 2013 he was named Chief Legal Counsel for that division. Jerry grew up in Orrville, Ohio and graduated from Orrville High School.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Akron.

Deputy Director, Human Services

SUSAN LENIGAR, MBA

Susan Lenigar, MBA became the Human Services Deputy Director in September of 2010.  She has been with the agency since 2001.  Lenigar has held several positions within the Agency, serving as an Income Maintenance Support Worker from 2001-2004, an Eligibility Specialist from 2004-2007 and then as an Eligibility Supervisor from 2007-2010 before joining the executive team. Lenigar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management and Accounting from Mount Union College, now known as the University of Mount Union, and an MBA from Tiffin University.

Tricia Mayle

Tricia has over 25 years of experience in child welfare and has been with Stark County Job and Family Services since 1999.  Previously, she served in the roles of Assistant Deputy Director, Program Administrator, Program Evaluator, and Case Worker in the Children Services Division.  Tricia currently resides in Bolivar.  She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Social Work from Miami University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Akron.

ANN MCGILL, MBA

Ann McGill, MBA has been in the Child Support Program since 2014 and currently serves as the Deputy Director of Child Support.  Ann has been with the agency since 2002,  and previously worked in the Children Services and Support Services/Administration areas of Stark County JFS. Ann received a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Kent State University. Ann is also a member of the Stark County Fatherhood Coalition and serves on the communications committee for the National Child Support Enforcement Association.
