All sanitary sewers, force mains, manholes, water lines and their various appurtenances that are installed within the jurisdiction of the Stark County Metropolitan Sewer District must be constructed according to the requirements of Stark County Sanitary Engineering Department Item Specifications and Standard Details. These Item Specifications and Standard Details specify the required materials, installation methods, and construction techniques accordingly. Each specification and detail has a reference number, and each Standard Detail lists the number of the Item Specification that it refers to. These specifications and details are updated by the Sanitary Engineering Department as needed.
