Parcels Involved in Bankruptcy
If you have filed for Bankruptcy, the Stark County Treasurer is required (by Ohio Revised Code) to mail a Property Tax Bill to the deeded owner. Bankruptcy does not exempt you from receiving Property Tax Bills.
As long as your name is on the deed for any Parcel(s), Property Tax Bills will be mailed to you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact the attorney who filed your bankruptcy.
