Ways to Pay Your Stark County Manufactured Home Tax Bill

Forms of Accepted Payments:

  • Cash at Treasurer’s cashier window only – please do not mail cash.
  • Check/Certified Bank or Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to Stark County Treasurer. Please include your parcel number in the memo of your payment. No third-party checks.
  • Credit Card/Debit Card at Treasurer's cashier window, by phone, or online.

Payment Options:

Option #1 - By U.S. Mail:
Send a Check, Certified Bank Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order payable to the Stark County Treasurer and mail by the due date in the envelope provided with your property tax bill.  
DO NOT MAIL CASH 
Please write your Parcel Number(s) on your check or money order and include the bill stub(s) and mail your payment to:

Option #2 - Online Bill Pay Through Your Bank:
Pay your property taxes through your bank using Online Bill Pay.  
Please use your Parcel Number as the account number.  Each Parcel Number must be paid as a separate transaction to ensure proper credit.
Make your payment payable to the Stark County Treasurer and mail your payment to:

Option #3 - Deposit Your Payment in one of our 2 Drop Boxes:
NEW 24/7 DROP BOX LOCATION
For your convenience, we have placed a drop box outside of the Stark County Office Building located at 110 Central Plaza South, Canton OH which is available 24/7.
DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH
For larger packets, please use the drop box located inside the LOBBY area during lobby hours.  The lobby is open Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM.  
 

Option #4 - Pay at the Stark County Treasurer's Office:

Option #5 - By Phone Using Credit Card *:
  • * A fee of 2.40% (minimum fee of $2.00) will be charged for this service by the payment processor and is based on the payment amount.
    • This fee is not charged by the Treasurer's Office and Stark County receives no portion of this fee.
    • This fee is non-refundable.
    • You will be told the amount of the fee before completing your transaction.
  • All payments are time-stamped to insure on-time payments. 
    • Your payment will be considered accepted and paid on the submitted date; however, it may take additional days for processing and to apply to your account.
  • To avoid any confusion on application of payments and for proper credit, each parcel must be paid as a separate transaction.
  • Please write down the confirmation number for your records.
