As Ohio's 7th largest county, the office is tasked by the Ohio Revised Code to investigate cause and manner of death in all reported cases that fall under Coroner jurisdiction. Determine appropriate level of forensic testing and medicolegal investigation to document cause and manner of death.

*The Coroner's office telephone forwards to the Stark County Sheriff's Office after hours. An investigator is on call 24 hours a day.
