The Board of Stark County Commissioners recognize that the success of all County programs depends upon the well-being and commitment of County employees. To support a healthy and productive workplace, the Board is offering the services of a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program through AllOne Health EAP to all Stark County employees.
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a company-sponsored benefit for employees and family members providing confidential counseling for all types of personal problems. These include,but are not limited to: relationship issues, financial concerns, alcohol and drug addictions, legal issues, emotional problems, grief and stress.

Overview of Services
Counseling
- Face-to-face counseling provided by local, licensed counselors;
- Phone lines answered live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 1-(800)-822-4847
- Legal and Financial consultation;
- On-site counseling following traumatic occurrences; and
- Employee orientation and supervisor training conducted on-site by LifeServices staff to acquaint personnel with the EAP
Work/Life
Work/Life services are website and telephonic accessible products made available through Advantage Work/Life online that provide resources for employees in the areas of:
- Family Issues - Child care, adoption matters, adult/elder care;
- Health and wellness - Diet and nutrition, fitness programs, general health;
- Education- Pre-K through college, special education, financial aid
- Daily life - Automotive, home improvement, moving, pet care, special events, travel.
