Employee Benefits
Welcome to the Stark County Commissioners’ Employee Benefits site! As a full-time employee working at least 30 hours per week, you are eligible to enroll in an array of benefit options. Our health plan includes medical, prescriptions, dental and vision benefits. The group term life insurance program includes both basic and supplemental benefits. Cafeteria plan benefits include pre-tax treatment of health plan contributions as well as a cash-out program. Voluntary benefits include individual policies that you may keep after you leave County employment, and Flexible Spending Accounts as permitted under IRS regulations.
