The Board of Stark County Commissioners’ Human Resources Department serves as a strategic partner to departments and agencies in the selection, retention, and motivation of a highly qualified workforce. We provide a full range of centralized and comprehensive human resource management services to the County and its employees. The County has assigned Human Resources staff to Stark County Job & Family Services to meet the needs of the agency.
