Community Development

The Stark County Regional Planning Commission administers various grant programs on behalf of the Board of Stark County Commissioners. These include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), both benefitting low-to moderate-income residents of Stark County.
