HOME - ARP

The Board of Stark County Commissioners received an allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) of $3,233,324 under  HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP). 

HOME-ARP funds must be used to benefit individuals or families from the following qualifying populations: homeless, at-risk of homelessness, those fleeing or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking, veterans and other vulnerable populations.  The HOME-ARP Allocation Plan outlines how the county will utilize the funds.
