The Subdivision Engineer is responsible for ensuring that streets and other public improvements for new allotments located in the unincorporated areas of stark County are designed and constructed in accordance with requirements of the Stark County Subdivision Regulations. 
The Subdivision Engineer is also responsible for review of new commercial and industrial sites to insure that requirements of the Stark County Subdivisions Regulations are met. Only commercial and industrial sites located in the unincorporated areas of Stark County fall under the Subdivision Engineer’s jurisdiction.
