Adult and Children Immunizations
Vaccination Clinics are held 9:00 am - 3:30 pm daily. Appointments can be made by calling 330.493.9928.
Parents and guardians must accompany their children on the day of the appointment if they are 17 years of age or younger. Photo ID, insurance card, and current immunization records must be brought. Legal guardians must have court documentation to show guardianship. The vaccines offered at the clinics will help to meet the school requirements for Stark County students. Sliding fee scale is available for those with supporting documentation. Adults without vaccination coverage, please call the SCHD to see if assistance is available.
Vaccine for Children (VFC) Program
The SCHD participates in the Vaccine for Children Program, which is administered by the CDC. This program allows the SCHD to charge only an administration fee of $21 per VFC vaccine. To be eligible for the program, the child must be 18 years of age or younger and meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Medicaid eligible
- Uninsured
- American Indian or Alaska native
- Underinsured

- Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis (DTaP/Tdap)
- Flu
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- HPV
- HIB
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Meningitis B
- Meningococcal (MCV4)
- Polio
- Pneumonia
- Rabies (pre-exposure)
- Rotavirus
- RSV
- RSV monoclonal antibodies
- Shingles
