We can help by connecting you to:
- A safe place for your infant to sleep
- What you will need to travel safe with your infant
- Transportation assistance to medical appointments
- Health Insurance, Utilities, and Housing
- Education on what to expect in pregnancy and after the baby comes by utilizing an evidence-based curriculum.
- Support and incentives to help you quit smoking
- Many other important resources centered around your needs!
This program is provided by the Stark County Health Department and funded by the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM).
